GRAND PARK VILLAGE condos IN PRE-CONSTRUCTION BY FREED DEVELOPMENTS
Grand Park Village is a new mixed-use condominium development currently in pre-construction at 10 Audley Street in Toronto, Ontario by Freed Developments. It consists of five proposed buildings ranging in height from 6 storeys to 32 storeys with a total of 1,824 dwelling units designed by architectsAlliance.
The Grand Park Village Condos proposal consists of five separate residential buildings located on 10 Audley Street, 8 Newcastle Street, 29 Portland Street, 31 Portland Street, 59 Portland Street and 71 Portland Street. This development site is triangular in shape and is located near the Mimico GO Station in Etobicoke. Currently, there are low-rise light industrial buildings situated there that will be demolished for the redevelopment proposal of the Grand Park Village project by Freed Developments. The proposed five buildings will range in height from 6 storeys to 32 storeys with a total of 1,824 units and 1,028 parking spaces. Total gross floor area is 123,653 square metres of which 952 square metres is for retail use space.
Parcel A will have a 16 storey building (57 metres in height) and a 6 storey podium with a total of 150 units of which 29 will be studio units, 71 will be one-bedroom units, 33 will be two-bedroom units and 17 will be three-bedroom units. Total interior amenity space proposed is 432 square metres and total outdoor amenity space proposed is 369 square metres.
Parcel B will have a 23 storey building (80 metres in height) and a 12 storey podium with a total of 420 units of which 52 will be studio units, 210 will be 1 bedroom units, 118 will be two-bedroom units and 40 will be three-bedroom units. Total interior amenity space proposed is 682 square metres and total outdoor amenity space proposed is 414 square metres.

Parcel C & D will have podiums and buildings ranging from 6 storeys to 25 storeys (86 metres in height) with a total of 752 units of which 64 will be studio units, 434 will be one-bedroom units, 210 will be two-bedroom units and 44 will be three-bedroom units. Total interior amenity space proposed is 1,547 square metres and total outdoor amenity space proposed is 2,336 square metres.
Parcel F will have a 32 storey building (99.5 metres in height) and a 12 storey podium with a total of 502 units of which 33 will be bachelor units, 320 will be one-bedroom units, 108 will be two-bedroom units and 41 will be three-bedroom units. Total interior amenity space proposed is 1,084 square metres and total outdoor amenity space proposed is 716 square metres.
Grand Park Village Condominiums is located in the Mimico neighbourhood of Toronto and is situated just to the south of the Gardiner Expressway and to the east of Royal York Road.
